Initially, we will photo-document, inventory, wrap, pack and transport contents to our facilities. Your personal property items are evaluated to determine “salvage-ability” and separated for final approval with you and your adjuster. No unsalvageable items are ever discarded until they have been cleared, to insure you have adequate time to claim damaged items under your insurance policy. Salvageable items are then cleaned, sanitized, repacked, stored and then delivered once structural repairs are complete.
We understand the reluctance most people have of turning over all the items acquired over a lifetime, and the trust being placed in us to handle those items with the utmost care. Rest assured, we take effort to make sure all the personal property in our care receive careful handling, and the best restoration process available anywhere. We will take the stress out of the process for you.
